Default built cargo loaders finally!

built some cargo loaders for my a380s yesterday.
they are plain structures right now, i plan to detail them up with a couple of "decals" of my own. i think it really enhances the airport scene. not as well constructed as staralliance's but i didnt feel like ripping up a catering truck to do mine like he did.
more pictures once i detail them.

oh yea, i painted the engines on this risesoon a380 too. shiny like hogan/herpa!

i dont think its too short. they are inline with the bottom of the cargo doors on the plane. might look short because the body curves downward

thanks for the comments peoples!

heres some more of the finished things. pretty good for things made completely from scratch out of paper no?
i know i know, theres no place for people to drive it but whatever. these are only "props" for photos and the finer details really dont matter.

got 6 of them 2 for a380s and 4 for other jets that stand lower like a330s and 747s

Those look great. Can you show us pictures of the parts before you assembled them?

hmm that would be kind of hard since ive put everything together already hehe.
i plan the loader out as i go, i dont draw it out first. so its trial and error all the way. its not the most detailed thing since i just made them so i have some props i can use when taking pictures.

but raw materials is a sheet of double sided black museum quality matte board, sheet of regular matte board with just one side black and other side white, roll of 20 guage wire for the railings, hole punched out matte board for the wheels, and computer print outs for all the details such as the swissport signs, rims of the wheels, and lights. was a real pain cutting out all those tiny details.

those i just drew those on adobe illustrator. you can do it with photoshop too but its going to be harder since photoshop wasnt designed to "draw." you can probably draw your own too with a ruler and some sharp color pencils.
heck, you can even do it with ms paint. printing it will be a prob though because i dont think you can draw according to some set size, no rulers to measure!

Love the work your'e doing on the ground equipment.
Btw, also like the eva livery. I guess the fact green is one of my
favourite colours has something to do with it.
