As you must know Af is very well represented in Hogan's catalog. You can find almost every type currently in use by the french company but no 777-200ER.
It's a bit weird that they released the 777-300ER (which is a great model) and no the 777-200ER. Do anyone know why ? Every ideas are welcome. Thanks Arno

Im not sure if this will work but why dont you just swap wings. I am going to experiment myself by converting my AF 744 to a 743 by swapping wings with a AF 742 jet.
I'll post pics when im done so every body can give their opinions ![]() Larry Last edited by upbnsfrrfan; 08-20-2005 at 04:31 PM. |

It could be a good idea Larry but unlike the 747-300 / -400 the 777-300 is much more long than the 777-200. So the change of the wing couldn't be a solution.
Anyway for the 747 with no doubt it is a good tip. Cheers, Arno |

Isnt the 777-200er a standard body 722 combined with the 773er wing (& rakelets)?...if so, a wing swap solution might work. Last edited by L2Ksst; 08-20-2005 at 09:58 PM. |

I don't think you guys understand what he wants. He wants a 777-200ER. Hogan only makes an AF 777-300ER. No matter what wings he puts on a -300, it's not going to shrink to a -200.
And no, 777-200ERs do not have raked wingtips. Those are only on the -300s. Edited to fix a typo... Last edited by Mike777; 08-21-2005 at 02:51 AM. |
