Default Preview Hogan SQ A380 in 1:200

Heard from friends of mine in Singapore said that SQ will starts giving this Hogan made model out to the local Singapore travel agents, any idea that SQ will introduce / release it as an inflight / mail order sales?

I guess this is the 1st time SQ employed Hogan in 1:200 scale after Herpa & Risesoon...!

This model is not as detailed as the Socatec Air France model. See the plain wings and the slightly inaccurate stabilizer to fuselage markings. Also no APU markings are apparent.

I'm expecting my Socatec Air France A380 imminently and will you my opinions on this.

Cheers!

I find that the Singapore Airlines text on the plane looks really big.

The larger text is how it will appear on the actual aircraft. This is the "modification" that has been discussed to the current livery.

Default Singapore A380

Bob

Thanks for the info. Though, I do like the smaller titles better.

According to Airbus, the title should be the smaller one though. But you know... SIA can change their minds anytime they want. Only time will tell.

This is very probably an updated Risesoon model. Please check and let me know - see my other comments under Hogan.

Cheers!

Anyway it's a good thing that Hogan is releasing a new model such as this A380.
So after AF, Malaysian, Fed Ex, SQ, which airline next ???
I hope Qantas and Thaļ.

Cheers, Arno
