According to that list, I would go for the Alaska, United, or TWA schemes... that's about it. Sorry.

Well, they are coming out with a 727-200. Here is Don's announcement on the Jetstreams website today:

"THE NEXT MOULD RELEASE SCHEDULED FOR MID SUMMER WILL BE THE 727-200.
THE FUSELAGE WILL BE 1 PIECE WHICH WILL ALLOW IT TO BE POLISHED."

I guess the B720 will never be built, if we go by the response here.

Guess no one else gives a flying crap about any of these beautiful plane, but me and TWALover!

Default 720s

Jjorge

Sorry, should have done this sooner. Would like to see a Ethopian 720. Very sharp paint scheme on the 720. Not thrilled with their new Billboard scheme.
Also Western, Pacific Northern, American Tran Air, Avianca and AeroCondor Columbia would work for me.

jjorge- I would love a 720 mould in 1:200. Some of my favorite 1:400s are Aeroclassics 720s (including NW, AA, Olympic, Lufthansa, but specially the Ethiopian).

Jorge,
I do not collect this line but I heartily agree that the bold and colorful AEROAMERICA 720s of the mid-to-late 70s looked very attractive!

As did Ethiopian!

I really hope someone makes those AeroAmerica planes in all their different schemes, whether 1:400 or 1:200 or both! My favorite two are the white fuselage with red/mustard yellow cheatline and the orange/yellow fuselage with white cheatline!

If Inflight is going to begin doing the 722, that will afford an endless array of possibilities. It would be nice if they could kind of give collectors some advance notice what these models are going to cost and what they will be in terms of schemse so we can plan accordingly....like they did with the upcoming 741 and 744 for this year. BUt in any event, the 722 will be a welcome model for my 200 collection.

What I would like to see in these early first releases:

Eastern white whisperjet
PSA pink and open titles
United Friendship scheme
Braniff Calder
Air Jamaica
UPS

Sort of a mix to compliment what Inflight has already done in other aircraft and some classic staples that might look great in 200

Thumbs up South America

I second that TAME Ecuador in their new colors (I flew on their 722 last year) and while you are there how about an AeroGal...
