Default Hasegawa A320 mod to a A319

Here's a pic of something I'm working on. A Hasegawa A320 that I mod into a A319. I have to move the emergency exit door after I finish the wings etc.
I know I posted it in another post, but what the heck.

I have never modified a kit to that extent but I heard it is always easier to reduce the fuselage than to lengthen it.

It appears you are also putting it in a landing configuration.

Looks good so far. Be sure to show us the finished product.
