it is a very very very detailed hogan. like the namc ys-11 those models are ana official precision models made by ana trading company. pokemon aircrafts are currently only available through a-style shop. here is a link to all models:

http://www.astyle-shop.co.jp/design/777

currently only the yellow pokemon pikachu jumbo and the pokemon jet 1999 were released. all regular and star alliance planes should arrive this year or early january. the third pokemon aircraft should arrive in march.

here are my pictures of the pikachu jumbo: http://www.diecastaircraftforum.org/...ad.php?t=41173

honestly, these are nicely excecuted models. I am particularly impressed by the amount of detail put on the Wing/Fuselage joint on the 747-400s, where no Herpa has gone before...great for all those Pokemon lovers. For the rest of us, a hope that coming models can also carefully reproduce the difference in colours between wing and fuselage, upper and lower side...etc.

The 3rd generation Pikachu livery ANA's B747-400D (R/N: JA8957) was released in Japan sometime in Nov.2004.

I was able to pick up the model just pictured on e-bay. I wish these models were more accessible here in the U.S. They are very sharp.

Agreed. How much did you pay on Ebay?

ANA Precision Models has just launched the 773ER in Star Alliance and 744 Yokoso Japan (in conjunction w/ Visit Japan promo) in 1/200 scale.

Costs about Y8900 for the 773ER and Y11,000 at ANA Fiesta shop (ANA's official merchandise shop) located at T2 TYO Haneda.

Let's just say I could have bought a InFlight LE for the same price. It IS a vary nice model though. I keep repeating this to myself.
