Before Herpa brought out the Lufthansa Modell Edition Series, several models were produced at 1/200 scale to show potential airlines. These were all Boeing 747-200's in the colours of Virgin (original red stripe), SAS and ??
Whether these models were to true Premium quality is doubtful for tooling cost reasons. But if anybody knows more about these models I would be most interested. Cheers!

Prototype Premiums (Boeing 747-200's)
Here is an interesting webpage showing some Herpa Premiums made as prototypes BEFORE the LH Modell Edition to show airlines. See: http://www.wings900.com/history/herp...ory/index.html I will check if these 1/200 models in the Herpa museum. Cheers!
