JC Wings cancels NW 747-400 bowling shoe

just heard from my retailer JC Wings has cancelled this order.

Fear not it will now be released by Gemini.

Panic stations for a second there, but alas the Gemini brand uses the JCW mold anyway, I guess it makes sense seen as they make most of the other NW stuff. Maybe we'll see a 'Worldplane' special and a NW Cargo 742F too...that would be pretty sweet

Sad news. I even bought a GJ NW B722 in the same livery last week to go with it.

NO reason to panic then! Same mould!! It will be the same model just released by different brand.

Although I look at JC/Gemini as one and the same. They work very closely together on releases.

I will believe this when it becomes an official announcement from GJ. But also, if they do make it, who knows when. I was looking forward to having it sooner than later.

I wouldn't think this would change the release date by much. Just releasing under a different brand.

I'll bet this is part of a 2 part release by Delta. Releasing the 747-400 in NW colors, then in Delta colors.

JC, GJ, don't care, I'll be adding it for sure... the bowling shoe 744 is a classic combination which reminds me of my younger days... one of my very first models as a child was a Northwest snap fit 747... will be happy to finally have in Diecast

I saw on eztoys that the model was converted to a Gemini release for the June timeframe.

Oh gosh yes on the 757 also would take a bowling shoe A319/320!
