Gemini hints new releases july 2015
As the weather grows warmer in the Northern Summer, the days get longer
so there is much time to enjoy your collections!
For JULY 2015, there will be 18 releases, 8 in 200 scale, 10 in 400 scale
200 scale
#1 This polished tri-jet would wave the flag from Coast to Coast,
#2, While this modern freighter, usually gets filled with boxes the most,
#3, A trilogy of luck follows those who like 8, but this beauty would make
even Mao Sai Tsung look great.
#4, A retired Jumbo always looks grand, but you wont find this one anywhere near Raand.
#5, The British tourist loves flights to the sun, on this beauty Varadero will be calling with fun.
#6, If you like your Pho spicy and hot, this elegant beauty may turn out to be the best shot.
#7 A simple Mad dog is getting rare that you see, but this little cutie might
be running until 2033.
#8 It's passenger cousins are long since retired, hopefully another decade before these are expired.
400 scale
#1, #2, Two Military models have never been seen, this desert version looks great on the C-17
#3, For aircraft spotters, its not much a fuss, their standard reply will be
oh look an Airbus!
#4, A Latin diversion is always quite nice, pick up this version with some
Samba and rice.
#5, The Soccer folks be naughty, that much has come true, tis a pity this
wont be around come 2022.
#6, #7, #8, A Boeing trio comes looking quite great, here you get a 3, a 7 and followed by an 8.
#9, Pho's little brother also comes true, this shapely new aircraft is really brand new.
#10, The grandest of Boeings, All will come See, tis a pitty there will not be a further delivery.
This is supposed to be fun, if you dont like it, dont read them.

You are right! Hope they come up with this model. It's so hard to find and so expensive as well. Plus they will have a chance to correct the 2 cargo forward doors that were present in the first release. no idea why???

I'm thinking Lufthansa MD-11F for #8, given the other LH corporate orders (A340, A380, and pending 747-8i). But I'd go for a Martinair MD-11F. I'm definitely in for a UPS 767F. A 717 would be hard to pass up, too. Might hold out for the inevitable HA 717, though.
#1: The Delta MD-11's were for overseas service, with very few coast-to-coast scheduled flights. I'm thinking an American DC-10 to compete with (or compliment) the recently announced InFlight model.
#7: The clue word "little" definitely, to me, points to the B-717 and I'm guessing, and hoping, a Delta 717.

Surprised the Air China is getting a big reception. Dull livery and more interesting 748's just around the corner, IMO.
Dull livery ???? Don't tell me you mean Lufthansa around the corner ? OMG now THAT'S dull. If this livery is dull in your books, don't get a 748 at all lol

#8. Definitely an MD-11F. I think the hint for the phased-out pax models was not referring to "must be the same operator for the freighter". So, I am not sure about MP.
Hoping for theat Martinair MD11! Would love that. But LH is ok to, if she is nicer than the hg ones I have (still love hg's MD11 mold allthough it is plastic).

Wow, this is exciting, some potentially epic releases here. Thomas Cook would be nice, but Thomson on the Gemini mould, bring it on, and a possible 748. Awesome
Will nr 7 be a 717? Will we finally have the 717 in 1/200?
Martinair MD-11 will be great too but I think we must search the airline on the US continent.

I don't think #3 is Cathay...though the way Mao Sai Tsung is spelled in Cantonese pinyin makes it look like it could be. Main reason would be licensing issue, unless Gemini pulled it off.
Besides, Marcus already announced JC was releasing the Cathay 748 earlier on.
