Hi win arc, love your set up. Can you advise how you got your people to stand up, I assume these are Preiser figures? Thanks.

Those are Preiser figures, the best you can find for 1:200 scale infect many other scales. What I do is I'll cut small piece of clear PVC slightly bigger so that it the figures can be place anywhere or for another diorama.

Uhu glue is good enough. Apply a little bit, hold the figure stand up and wait for the figures to stand well and after that you can do what you want with it.
