Gemini GSE and Qantas A330

Yesterday I received a exciting box containing the new QF a330 in 1/200 as well as the GSE. She sure is a nice bird so I thought as my first post here id show some pictures.

Although I love the a330 . They have changed the box they come in and its horrible. Its so tight you nearly have to rip it open. I much preferred the latch type box for Gemini. I love the GSE so much I ordered the other set they make straight away.

It also comes with qantas stickers for the GSE there so tiny I wont be using them.

With the a330 I now have at least one of all the QF and jetstar fleet baring a 717 in 1/200. I would love a a330 in virgin it would look great fingers crossed it will happen soon.

Nah it is the wrong way around. Once corrected its as straight as an arrow

Looking at options ex HK but will support a local if the price is fair

Probably a bit early yet. I get my models from collectable jets.com which are fantastic. I do note though its available for preorder at the Australian aviation centre. Its definitely worth it. Its one of my favourites.

Thanks for the pics. I know companies have been struggling getting the 767 noses right, but they really botched that Qantas one lol. Maybe the pictures make it look worse that it really seems in person.

Really I think it looks fantastic. I have seen that actual aircraft in person and think it looks very accurate.

any one feel this like 1:400 ? may be GSE models too mainstream in 1:400 ...
