When it will be released Herpa?? (Cargolux 747-8F)

Hello people:

I have been waiting this model for months and everytime I take a look for information about it at retailers e-sites, everytime is the same crap of re-scheduling the arrival date

. I am getting tired of it, I loved the Boeing House colors 747-8F but decided to wait for the Cargolux.

Does anyone here knows what's wrong with this model? Even recent announces from Herpa last months have came out first to the market than the jumbo freighter, this is absurd. What are they waiting for? Hogan version competence? Christmas eve? Anyway, I hope this replica comes with great printing details. If not, I wont be paying any cent for it.

The last Herpa I got was the Condor B767 "Peanuts", lovely model but it lacks printing details. There is no fundament to ask 76 or even more dollars for such a plastic and assembled models. Also the packing sucks these days, blister envelop scratches the model.

That's all.

Finally someone put it in sale and shows the real and final thing. Hope next week have news from american retailers.....

The seller Medy6565, had one for sale on Ebay yesterday. It went for over $90. As for the two other Hogan 747-800F's, they've been out for over two months. Once again you can also find these on Ebay at about $60.
For those who do not like the "flexed" wing that are associated with the Hogan models, the Herpa version of the Cargolux has the "unflexed" version.

I won the Herpa that was in auction last week ($79 bucks). This week should be sent and of course I will share pics. For now I will only have this straight wing configuration, but I can tell you Hogan is a really nice option.

I have the Hogan British World Cargo B748F and even wing the flexed wing it looks so good, I like more their the GenX engine mould than Herpa.

By the way, yesterday I had spotting session at Mexico City's airport and saw the real one. Yesterdar was the first time I saw it so close. I had seen it in approach and with a very far sightseen.

Impressive aircraft, large indeed.
