Two of these beauties on eBay at present, one at $229 with 18 bids, and the other with a $299 Buy It Now price.

Crazy prices, but it is a gorgeous model.

Next to my IF200 "Clipper Young America" its my favorite store bought model.

That one has been relisted at least twice now, with no bids either time.

Unless he finds that one buyer with "money is no object" as his/her mantra, he doesn't have a hope of getting that price, IMO.

I think $175-$250 is a fair price for such a nice model.

Don't think that's a problem! Let's consider it "OT'ish" - Same scale and aircraft type, but a different scheme...which looks like a nice catch for the
Canadian collector~ The thick cheatline makes the fuselage look even pudgier. Congrats.

But this is still my favorite, if you really want to enjoy your PanAm collection

Thanks for the music tip! I love my Pan Am collection and the music does go well with it! The Pan Am L1011 is a beautiful model. Next to my IF 747's Herpa and Gemini also is awesome.
