1/200 Biman Bangladesh Airlines B777-300ER (Custom)
Hi everybody, I have been trying to do this model since Ben aka Gargle_Jus came out with the decals last year. But due to some ongoing health issues I wasn't able to finish it on time. Then last month I started working on it and Finally I was able to complete it last night along with another B777-200 and took some pictures today. There must be something wrong with the camera or the settings as the pictures came out blurry. Anyways here are some pics to share with you guys and a big Thanks to Ben for making the decals.
.
.

.
.
Ben has also done the decals for B777-200...

.
.
And couple of pics of GMG B767 to share with you my friends...

Very nice.....I have been thinking of the Biman 773. What is the donor model of your 773? Air France maybe?
Ben Decals are highly recommended, really fine works!!

Not bad at all but you should have cut a bit off the cheatlines b/w doors 4 and 5 so that the curve going up to the rear comes in sync with the bit on the tail.

Khalid. That is a lovely model, and the decals look just great. That new Biman scheme is a cracker. The model is a credit to both you and the decal maker. Well done

Khalid your little one is adorable!! Glad to have met you recently. Really hope you are getting better though!
Now to the models, great looking colour scheme and custom job. I had no idea that BIMAN had also opted for the words Bangladesh on the belly. There are plans to fly the 777-300ERs to JFK soon. Cannot understand why Biman would not want to fly to YYZ?

Re: 1/200 Biman Bangladesh Airlines B777-300ER (Custom)
About a month ago, I was doing a little work in my garden, and if its a clear day, I always take the binoculars out with me. We get a lot of high level 'con trailers' over our way, and its amazing how even on a high level jet, those 'belly' titles can still be made out, especially Emirates.

Thanks Freak! Its been always pleasure to watch the planes with you at YYZ.
I have also heard they are planning to fly to JFK as the PM's Son lives in NY and other ministers have relatives in USA . Its all about corruption inside the CAAB. I personally dont think the JFK route will be profitable for Biman because most people travelling to Bangladesh will choose Emirates, Etihad or Qatar over Biman.

Yes, indeed. Imho Emirates and Qantas A380 can even be identified without binoculars.
It's funny while spotting at FRA. Everytime when these birds fly over Frankfurt, dozens of heads and camera lensens turn up immediately to catch them

Yes, same with the guys around LHR! As you say, don't really need the 'binos' for the 380s. Luckily I get the AF, LH, and EK ones over my place.
Last Xmas, my partner gave me an iPad. So with the aid of my scanner and the iPad showing FlightRadar 25, spotting the 'trailers' has become even more fun, especially as the iPad works outside too
