Wow, that looked like it took a lot of work. I saw them bring a USAF Sabre in by helicopter and place it on a stand outside my neighborhood park when I was a kid. Its still there and its a pretty neat part of my small town back home.

Makes me wonder if the wingtips of the Lightning are removable. They sure went to some trouble to move the aircraft, but a very worthy cause nonetheless. I just hope that it doesn't get any graffiti plastered on it by some vandal thugs.
