Happened on Thanksgiving, off Alaska coast.

..... I was a destroyer that was buzzed by a "Bear" while we were up in the Norwegian Sea. Any lower and he would have clipped our mast. So close I could see the co-pilot looking out his window laughing and waving. And there I was standing on the signal bridge with a camera, stunned by it all enough to forget about that camera. And my ears were freakin' ringing from the noise for a couple days. Those Bears were loud!

Huh? The Raptor (or Craptor, in some opinions) is the US's best and most hideously expensive fighter, ever...I'm sure it could fly to Jupiter, like one of "Stargate: SG-1"'s Deathgliders, for the amount we're spending on those things....

What are the chances that the old soviet bears will be flying long past when the Su-27 is gone. aka B-52 over B-1, B-2, F-117, F-14 ect......
