Unhappy Polish AF CASA C-295 crashed

A Polish AF CASA C-295 had crashed while travelling with high ranking officials and travelling back from a aviation safety meeting according to tvn24.

There is some talk about this now about the plane's ILS system not working when the plane was landing as well as the low visibility conditions making things worse for the pilots.

tvn24 also had mentioned that everyone on board had died. RIP
