Default WWII Captured Allied Aircraft

I thought this was interesting.. to read about captured allied aircraft flying around for the Luftwaffe during WWII.

Pretty fascinating. The second article was hard to read because of the fractured English, but interesting anyway. I knew that the Germans had used Allied aircraft and vehicles during the war, but never saw any pictures of them. The Allies also had plenty of captured German equipment, but with the exception of the 88mm guns, never used them beyond immediate need. Gives me a great idea for a future project with a B-17F model kit I have lying around.

A whole Squadron Signal book was dedicated to this subject : Strangers in a strange land. Dealing only with Western aircrafts though.
