Default Transformers Movie

I was dragged to the Transformers movie by my daughters (not bad, lots of action, very good special effects), and I noticed that Air Force One had changed during the segment. They had a shot of the 747 currently flying, but in the scene where the plane had landed, it mysteriously turned into Trout 99. Anyone else see the movie and notice this?

I haven't seen it but I'm almost positive that I read somewhere that parts of the film were done on Edwards AFB in CA. It would make sense then because "Speckled Trout" was based there before it retired last year.

HAHAH! I totally noticed that too. About the only major Air Force aircraft I didn't see was the F-15 and the KC-135 in the movie. The whole movie was one giant advertisement for the Air Force and GM. I didn't mind though and it was interesting enough to keep my wife from walking out of the movie. Now only if the attention helps business pick up at my site!
Take Care,
Jeff

Many of the extras were actual Air Force personnel too.

Very nice Air Force ad. I cant remember a better AC-130 clip. I was also impressed that they actually took the time to incorperate some C2 into the CAS senario. So much nicer to see then like "behind enemy lines" and the Magical SA-6 vs F-18 scene.

Well, technically speaking, "Trout 99" is a KC-135...

I like the incoming CH-53, transforming into a robot. (IN THE MOVIE)

This is the the actual clip though, but just thought I would like to show this CH-53, it is so cool..
