It's that time of the year again, Planes of Fame Airshow at Chino, California. Never before I had a chance to see all these vintage old aircraft gather together in one spot. Lots of history here...too bad the weather was against us, there was light rain, then cloudy, and then if you get lucky a bit of the blue sky would show (so photography a nightmare.) Especially this is one of my first time shooting all Vintage aircraft so I'm shooting in a slower shutter speed for the prop to be blurred (but it was hard to get clear pictures). Here's some of my snaps from Saturday show:

Great shots SKF! I was there too, a little cooler than normal but a good time no less.

Very nice ! I do like the F-86 and MiG-15 duo, and the P-40s. The Spitfire R-ED is also very good, great lighting !

Shooting props (1/250 or 350 max speed, It can be much lower if it's taking off or landing to get a "speed" effect) needs a very steady hand, or a tripod !

Oh, and I forgot the A6M (I love Japanese aircraft ), it looks like a real one, is it ?
And on the sixth photo (P-51s line-up), take care to have the ground line straight in the background.
