Ah, the good ol' Nikon 200mm Vignetting...I have the same exact issue with mine. Hate it!
Well done, Koz! Great to see a new airport here on the forums.

Those are awesome! I love the shots, what time did N317AS leave? I saw that same plane in Seattle that very same day.

Awesome stuff! My faves are the AA MD-80s, Jazz, the UA B767, the UA Exp ERJ and the UA B757 banking to the port side! Niceeeee!
You took those from Signature?
Public access area?
No problem with airport police???

I took these shots from Thorntons (gas station) at Elmhurst Rd and Devon. Here's the map. The only problem I had was some guy in a truck asking me if he was blocking my shot. ! I was there for about an hour and it was great. I have a few other shots to post and should have them up soon.

Re: Chicago O'Hare 3/21/09
Great to know of this place, maybe I'll take a flight up there this summer to get a few UA birds, I heard there are a few flying there!
If I do, I'll let you know, and maybe we can meet up for some heavy duty spottting!

Re: Chicago O'Hare 3/21/09
You should have moved over and taken shots for the approach to 32L. There would have been a hell of a lot more widebodies...
You could have sat on the tollway oasis... or on the garage roof...

Hiya Koz!
I finally got the notification of your March '09 outing and took the opportunity to look these over. You'll forgive me for the delay! I'd like to compliment the good work but I don't see any Redtails.
Whassup?
