Sorry Jorge, I forgot to answer you! They were taken from the firestone shopping center in Inwood. Awesome additions Koz, love the second.

Yea it was, it's winding down now, only some military Hercules now. The AStar was operating a DHL flight.

I got another one accepted.

Yes! I love seeing it as your avatar. My grandparents took that pic on an ORD/KPBI flight in 1970. It was my first and most viewed JP pic. It's nice to see it being put to good use!

The JP screeners have kicked some back to me today but this one made it through to the other side.

Well, technically not really an expansion, they had been using a B767 until early last year, but it has been parked since. Those are the winter skies in Miami, though recently it's been cloudy a lot. Got lucky yesterday and it came in before sun down.

Here are some that got into A.net.

Question, between Anet and JP which is more strict in accepting photos? Is one more tough to get onto compared to the other? Or are they equally as difficult? Thanks in advance.

Airliners.net is consistently more difficult. They require shots to be in good weather most of the time. Jetphotos is less consistent and thus easier.

Well, I appealed this one, and there actuall was a spot on it, but I turned the contrast up to max. and it didn't show up unless I tilted the monitor a certain way to a certain angle. It was not noticeable at all from the perspective of any normal human being.

Congrats on another A.net!

Hoz, they are real pricks about dust spots. To see the ones not visible to the naked eye, always equalize the photo, in every photo you edit, to see them; they will become extremely appearant. After you find them, un-equalize and use the clone stamp on the area where it was. And if you are using CS3 (thats what you use, no?), you should be able to just skip around having to un-equalize and what not...

Shameless plug:

Try the equalize tool.

Go to image->adjustments->equalize. My spot showed up clear as day.

I can't stand the jp.net site. Every time I bring up a photo, a stupid pop up ad appears. A couple of times, this antivirus crap came up and started running trojan detections etc. Screw jp.net!!!

Oh, y'all have some choice photos.
