They look great for privacy but I do not understand how the person at the window seat has an easier access to the aisle.
Can someone explain. Thanks ![]() |

Those seats look horrible!
a) you can't talk to the person next to you b) the seat isn't flat; it's at like a 10 degree angle! Bad move, Delta. |

It's a coach seat numb-nuts....it aint supposed to go flat. I never want to talk to the person next to me. I wanna sleep. Thats damn near impossible in coach. These seats will make it more possible.

Yeah, I know it's not a lay-flat seat. But the base of the seat is tilted to one side. But you do have a point with the sleeping, as it is definitely a more private seat.

Those mockups/illustrations don't show the whole picture. I wish they would show the entire cabin section with those seats instead of the inside of a photo studio.
There's NO way to tell that those seats are feasible without at least three rows consecutive with passengers in them. I'm not convinced that's a good solution. ![]() ![]() |

What about getting the food tray to the person seated by the window? That looks extremely difficult. Delta will have to revise its trays. Looks good and comfortable, though.

I still don't see how the angle facilitates the person in the widow seat exiting to the aisle.

I don't know if this is such a good idea. It may be claustrophobic, I thought I read that seating will go from 2-3-2 on the 767 to 2-4-2, and the seat shells would make me feel closed in. If there's a lighter load on the flight, passengers won't be able to lie down across several seats to sleep, like they do now.
Still, I'd be open to trying it out first on a transatlantic flight before forming an opinion.
