Default Co-pilot has mental breakdown

Poor fella!

The co-pilot of a Heathrow-bound plane was dragged kicking and screaming from the cockpit after suffering a mental breakdown while in control of the flight.

I wouldn't think so...probably the 8-hour delay was due to the wait for a backup flight deck crew.

Sure the co-pilot wasn't Rowan Atkinson?

Talk about bad luck. 146 passengers on the plane, and the mental breakdown happened to one of the two people in control of the plane.

I don't think any pilot would want to fly with a pilot, ready to mentally explode just all of a sudden.....

How often does this happen to a pilot. And do they normally get to sit on the front ever again ?
