Hey Justino, great pics. Did BA start an earlier service? When I was there in October, they came in around 5:30. Also, Is that VA the later flight of the two?

Thanks...I think they may be a little earlier now..especially during the winter when the days are shorter. The BA flight came in about 430ish and the VA flight, which was the 2nd one of the day, came in about 5ish.

But I wish MCO would get more international service..because it is getting really boring watching the continuous WN and FL flights come in and out. At one point there were 4 FL 717s/737s and a few WN 737s waiting for departure along with some on final. WN and FL were even landing and taking off from the 36s on the far side of the field becuase of the traffic volume.

I've saw that unpainted Southwest about a year ago, so I guess they don't plane on painting it.

Yup...I've seen them twice...once when I saw the A380 and then a few weeks ago when I flew home from Philly...both times I didn't have my camera

Our station began service from MCO to FRA in October of last year flying every day except Saturday's.
Our normal birds are A330-300's but we have had the A340 here & there.
The A340 seems to be a back up a/c for when the 330 fleet is thin due to maintenance or other needs.

BTW nice pics Justino, now you just need to get some of the LH birds.

Some nice pictures there. There's nothing like landing at Orlando on a Virgin flight. However, the half-light makes it look eerie.

When you say second VA flight, second VA flight from where?

Manchester? Heathrow? Gatwick?

How hard can it be ? VS is the common code for Virgin, not VA.

IATA codes:

VA - Viasa Airlines of Venezuela

VS - Virgin Atlantic of United Kingdom

Not everyone uses IATA codes. People use them as initials of an airlines name, which is the case here.

Chill out...my bad for putting VA and not VS. I couldn't think of the code for Virgin Atlantic when I was reading and typing all that so I just kept with the initials.

Yup, I was thinking that there were no more Delta planes in that livery, especially with two new ones out already. But I guess it's pretty much the same thing when the Deltaflot livery was introduced and there were still planes in the old widget flying around.

We get two a day now, I believe, and they're both from Manchester..or maybe one is from Manchester and the other is from Gatwick, but I'm not 100% sure. I know for sure we dont get Heathrow service from VS (see I used the right code...better?) or BA.

Anyways, Thanks for all the kind comments!
