Very hard to find 1:200 SQ 773ER cost 6,300 yen but it was stated made by Everrise = Risesoon but not from Hogan

It looks like the same Hogan model that I lost the bid in eBay 2 months ago

I don't quite remember, it could be TG A333 "Royal Barge". Japan has a wide selection of 1:200 & 1:400 where 1:500 is almost none I guess since they didn't like Herpa that much...

haha naw, your collection is worth more no doubt. that canon is a $1600msrp lens. white doesnt necessarily signify that its a top notch lens either, canon only paints their longer lenses white to reduce lens barrel warping during hot days as compared to a black lens.

No But L Does Signify Their Top Notch Fluorite Lenses. And They Don't Paint All Their Long Lenses White. Only The L Lenses Are White.

sounds like you know a bit about photog too heavy so i supposei can speak in photog lingo and it will be ok....
thats true, i mean the oldie "magic drainpipe" 80-200mm f2.8L wasnt painted white. no need to mention standard zooms like the 70-300mm and the like.
but i wouldnt know what other "long" (as in size, not in reach) lens of theirs isnt painted white to reduce chances of warping. if you want to show me some and enlighten me that be great.
