I would have to see it from the side to make a decision, and 2, does Thai really fly the 340????

If I remember right they have the A346 on order, and maybe the A345 also.

Why does Thai have the German flag across the fuselage? Those 3 colors are almost non-related to Thai's present color scheme. Actually reminds me of that one Delta MD-11...

You MUST be color-blinded or just don't know what a German flag looks like.
In term of the colors have nothing to do w/Thai Int'l Airways, how 'bout go to their website and look up the history of their design.
Back to the main topic, being a diehard Thai collector, I love the current/old(?) color scheme very much. However, this new scheme is very different and interesting. I must say I like it! Change for the better.
BTW, is this confirmed?

Not that bad looking but it does make people wonder is Thai Airways somehow related to UPS.
