Determining Equipment Used?

Does anyone know where you can get information on what aircraft is being used on particular flights?

Here's my situation...I want to go spotting at MCO again later this week and want to get a heads up on what will be coming in there. Are there any sites/information out there that can let you know ahead of time? I know there is equipment changes and whatnot but Im looking at a good guesstimate here.

Im trying to get a 777 coming into MCO and I know that AA and DL have both used this a/c in the past there.

Try www.flightarrivals.com , most of their listing give you equipment type and time of arrival, estimated. It's gives only 3 hours or so of advance notice, so it'd be better to just use the numbers to extrapolate a later day.
