anyone have any ideas about new airlines coming to SFO???

Air Tran will be flying there with the Ryan International A-320s.

anybody know when the AirTran A320, Vietnam 777 and (if applicable) the SAS plane going to arrive and depart SFO? also, what will SAS be using to fly to SFO??

I don´t know, but I´m almost sure that they´ll use their A 340-300s.
I don´t think they´d use their A 330s or 767s on this route.
