Concorde F-BVFB made its last landing at Karlsruhe Baden-Banden, Germany on june 24, 2003 at 10:20am.

Very sad to see the concorde go. BA announced that their last flight is Oct. 24 2002.

For those who donīt know:
F-BVFB will spend the rest of her life side by side with her "cousin", the Tupolev TU-144, at the Technik-Museum in Sinsheim, Germany. Since itīs only 90 minutes from my home you may guess what my next museum trip will be... (And the Technik-Museum Speyer which features the LH B747-200 and other aircraft - e.g. an AN 22 - is only 30 minutes away.) Hereīs the link! |
