NYCAAer Guest Posts: n/a	Midwest Express to change name, start low=cost carrier I just read that Midwest Express is changing its name to Midwest Airlines & is starting a low-cost carrier. 13% of Midwest's employees will be temporarily laid off & 5 MD-80s will be converted for the low-cost operation. Food service offered on board mainline flights will also be changed. Are we seeing a pattern here?
