Default FBI is coming

Well yesterday I went to TUL to do some spotting and try out my brand new camera. I was sitting next to the bizjet hanger for about 3hrs taking photos with no problems until I took my last shot. 2 F-16s from the Air guard were taking off right before we left so I used my last picture on one of them...right as I took the picture some dip ****s that passed by in truck decided to call airport police, As my friend and I are unloading our film and putting away the camera's 2 Airport police showed and blocked us in. They asked "who are you with" and I said no one, we are taking pics for our selves. They took our ID's and did background checks. Finally they let us go and these two huge belly cops told us not to be surprised if the FBI came to our house. Ive always took pictures of the F-16's and even the B-2 when they fly in. So just incase they show up at my house im going to get all my military aircraft pictures together and ask them what they would like to see.

The weird part about the whole thing is that I though we were going to get a ticket for tresspassing. We were sitting in an area that said employee's only. I tried to get permission but no one was in the office yet so I figured if they had a problem they would tell us to leave and the officers told us themselves that its okay for us to be here taking pictures "just not of F-16's". For remeberance of that day me and my buddy blew up the F-16 photo to a 8 by 10 and framed it.

If these moron politicians in D.C. would only understand that spotters aren't the enemy... We could be a valuable asset to them. After all, as a fellow spotter we see everything that goes on while spotting... We could be an extra set of eyes. Once again, Washington has missed the REAL issue since 9/11...

Same thing happened to me when I tried to get a view of Air Force One. Some guy pulled up and flashed a badge and after that I decided that it was time to leave.
