Is there any comprehensive website of BA fleet (past & present) information? Trying to get all the details correct on custom models... we can usually get good livery images and accurate reg #'s but frequently struggle with chasing down or being able to discern the "Xyz Rose" and "City of Xyz" details of the aircraft...
Appreciate any leads!

There was an "Airliners" issue a couple of years ago that was dedicated solely to the BA world tails. It gave reg #s and which world tail adorned every aircraft in the fleet.
If you can't find the issue, let me know and I'll dig it out of my archives and look up some information for you. |

Scott, although both of the following websites are showing the actual BA fleet I hope they will help you a little bit
http://www.avnclub.demon.co.uk/ and http://www.mbarth.freeserve.co.uk/index.htm Regards Michael Last edited by Zoppo; 02-09-2003 at 01:39 PM. |

Thanks Z...
yep, tried those sites... unfortunately, their data is mainly on current or recent airframes. Most of our custom liveries tend towards retro... Scott

Hey Scott,
This website has a comprehensive livery on numerous airlines. Here's the page on BA. It does not have pictures of every aircraft type throughout the years. For that you can check www.Airliners.net Usually the description of the pictures contain the name of the aircraft. http://airlines.afriqonline.com/airlines/731.htm
