Exclamation Courtney Love arrested after a Virgin Atlantic flight~!

Singer and actress Courtney Love got arrested due to
her violent behavior during the Virgin Atlantic fight to London.
She was taken by the London police upon arrival.
Police official stated that she was arrested because
"her action was threatening the safety of the passengers
on board and the flight" Somehow the aircraft was able to
make its destination, but she got arrested right after the
plane landed... Love stated the reason of her misbehavior is
because of "mean Virgin Atlantic FAs"

Well, this is just not right...

Maybe she was going mad because Virgin flights are so crap?

That's it, she didn't have enough leg room on the flight so she started going **** about everything. There, problem solved.

I had the mis-fortune of flying VS from Heathrow to LAX and from EWR to Heathrow within the space of three days and both of these flights were pretty cruddy. There is so little leg room, it crazy. ALSO, you have the goddamn IFE unit under the aisle seats in the middle of each row. Get yourself seated on one of those seats and say goodbye to Leg Room and a big hello to Deep Vein Thrombosis.

Bloody Virgin Atlantic : I won't be flying you again.

[ Furthermore, I think Continental Airlines are the only people to have less leg room domestically than Delta ]

Default She had plenty of legroom...

Would Courtney Love lower her vaunted self to travel steerage? Unthinkable! She most likely was in Upper Class, where there is plenty of space to cater to the ego, not to mention the stand-up bar and great video-on-demand. Quite nice, really.

Pity the other passengers had to put up with such a pathetic display.

BHL

PS As for trans-oceanic packed, check out the configuration on United's 777s that haven't been configured with economy plus! Then again, compared to, say, China Eastern's Trans-Pacific services, it's positively roomy!

Thumbs down

I don't know how the rest of you feel, but she should be prosecuted to the FULLEST extent of the law. I don't give a rats arse who she is or who she thinks she is. This kind of behavior toward FAs is unexcusable. Especially after 9/11.

Stupid... simply stupid. Not doubt she will receive a slap on the wrist.

Eddy, I am sure your local Virgin rep would love to hear that, especially if you're going to be needing help with getting 1/400's in the future!

Exclamation

Police should exam her whether she was on drugs or anything
like that, because the news actually had a footage of her
being arrested and she looked high to me...(or drunk)

Man that's shame...

Benjamin,

I felt the same way after viewing the arrest footage a short while ago. She looked high on something to me.

Celebrities are usually the worst passengers on a flight. Eccentric & demanding. You wouldn't believe the requests of the "Hollywood" crowd on flights from JFK to LAX.

Serves her right. Punks and planes don't mix. She should stick to buses and Tube trains. :@)

I am glad I am not the only one who feel the same. I had the misfortune of flying the good old Virgin from LAX-LHR back in November 02. Sure enough seat was tight, service was average, IFE was not working, and I placed a pre-order for a few A340-600 models. Virgin took my money and until today I am still waiting for my delivery. The US Customer Service Office has been absolute no help. Their excuse has been "our supplier has not responded to our inquiry". Sorry to say Virgin is not living up to their reputation.

Lightbulb

I have always had the first class treatment whilst flying with Virgin. I have never had one complaint. But then again I always fly Upper Class. So it sort of goes without saying...
