When you visit either Korea or Japan, when the aircrafts are

On occasion, in the US, you might see the lead marshaler snap off a quick salute to the captain after he's cleared the aircraft to taxi on its own.

If you ever go to Indonesia or just pass through Jakarta, you'd be amazed as the ground crew line-up at attention and salute every plane after it's push back. Really quite smart looking and a point of pride for them. Something I wouldn't mind seeing more of elsewhere as ground crew though often overlooked really are an important part of any successful operation.
