Default Passenger rips A350 plane's overhead cabin panel off while looking for storage space!

Someone has been eating their spinach! Sad to hear it happened on a brand new CX A350! Wow, CX didn't bill him for the flight delay and the repairs to the panel Cheers! T7

With so many incidents of theft in these Asian flights (I have been in 3 flights in Asia where these thefts actually happened), I don't blame him for not wanting to part with his hand luggage. Obviously CX probably realized that the poorly designed overhead middle panel without a luggage bin in this day and age of travel will not give them points in court if they decided to prosecute. Are all the a350's overhead middle ceiling panels
like that?

I've never been on a big plane before, so I don't know how the middle overhead looks like.
