Thumbs up One of my best filght yet!

I flew in a B-17 this afternoon, out over the SF Bay, Golden Gate Bridge and Alcatraz, one of my most memorable flights! If you get a chance to experience this, I certainly recommend it!

Thumbs up

Very cool. Was it the operator that tours the nation with a B-17 and B-24? Did you get any "stick time"?

Thumbs up B-17 Flight

Yes, it was with a B-24, and no unfortunately no stick time. We were free to move about the cabin as soon as we took off though. The view from the nose was fantastic!

Instead of letting us who don't know who the operator is can you tell us and what price do they charge. I'm going up in a lancaster in october.

Arrow Independent Operator?

I'm not sure who the operator was, the planes are from Stowe, Massachusetts and are making the circuit around the states. They are not part of the Confederate Air Force" though. I can probably find out who it is though. The charge was $350.00 for about an hour in the plane, of which half was actual flight time.
