From Air Transport World -

Sun Country Airlines received final approval from US DOT for transfer of the airline's
operating certificate to new ownership group MN Airlines. A US Bankruptcy Court approved MN Airlines' acquisition of some of Sun Country's assets, including its name, on April 15. At that time DOT gave MN Airlines verbal consent to operate under Sun Country's existing certificate pending a formal review process, which was completed with Wednesday's order.

Sun Country had been operating into MIAMI in April with their new B737s, and I just saw one of the B727 operating a flight from PHX this saturday past JUN 9, 2002. I wish them luck this is one pretty colors scheme, I'd hate for it to disappear so quickly!
