Yeah, I got a few of them. depending on the airport they are either fun to watch or boring!
Like all the Kai Tak videos ROCK! But one from Munchen, ZZZZZZZZZ. St Maarten's AWESOME! Zurich, snooze.
Some of the bigger hubs are well worth the money, especially if you can't get there.
The quality goes from awful to spectacular, depending on the conditions at the time. One of my favorites is a HK vid filmed on a rainy humid day, the vapour shots are some of the best I've ever seen.

Question

I've been wanting to buy the LAX DVD and the HNL DVD. Does anyone have those? Opinions?

Thumbs up

I have the HNL video and the DVD and I must say that the DVD's are better because of obvious technology switch. The LAX DVD is one I do not have but I think it is probably better because it has a lot more action in it than HNL. I like the VHS videos as well because even though they are old, there were a lot of planes and airlines on the various videos that aren't flying any longer.

I have the 'ORD 1997' video and really enjoy it.Plenty of landing and take off shots along with close-ups of aircraft on the ramp.
Good quality.

Try to find anything on Kai Tak.

Later
