Hey I know this guy. Maybe I can convince him to dump the Airbus and go with the Boeing.
Yeah right..... Wednesday, February 06, 2002 - 8:45 a.m. - Frontier Airlines Inc. has named Jeff Potter chief executive officer of the low-fare carrier, replacing Sam Addoms. Potter, 42, had been chief financial officer. Addoms will continue as chairman of Denver-based Frontier and a director, the airline said in a statement. Frontier, with 2,500 employees, operates flights to 26 U.S. cities with a fleet of 29 aircraft. Potter will take the helm on April 1 as Frontier struggles to increase passenger business and make a profit. Potter was vice president of marketing from 1995 to 2000 and left Frontier that year to run Kansas City, Missouri-based Vanguard Airlines Inc. He returned to Frontier last year as CFO. Addoms is a founding officer of Frontier. Frontier's shares, which had risen 28 percent this year, rose 80 cents to $22.50 in early trading. |
