Default LA passenger wields shoe, halts Southwest flight

DALLAS, Jan. 8 — A Southwest Airlines (NYSE:LUV)passenger struck a flight attendant with his shoe and unlocked the plane's rear door before being overpowered by other passengers, the airline said on Tuesday.

I wonder if you can take your shoes off on a flight ever again?

Probably, if you don't suffer from R.F.O. (Raunchy Foot Odor), which might be considered a deadly weapon!

But try to pick up a shoe in an airplane... you'll spend the next thirty-to-life at Supermax! (the super maximum fed penitentiary in Colorado).

An airline pilot I know came to the office the other day and I asked him if he'd met any sky marshals who would be on his flight. To this he responed, "Doc, the way things are now, each time I take off I have a cabinful of sky marshals!"
