Agreement Boeing - VARIG
an agreement announced between Boeing and VARIG is going to reduce in a third the brazilian airliner debt. The debt will pass of US$ 1,2 billion for US$ 830 million. In the agreement, 6 planes ( 4 MD11 and 2 737-300) that consisted in a leasing financial contract close to Willmigton Trust Bank will become be rented for VARIG by Boeing. Boeing quit the whole leasing, which won between 3 to 4 years, acquiring the planes.
What it speculates for is here just that Boeing would be doing a rehearsal for, further on, acquire part of VARIG's stock control, turning- if partner...what at this time perhaps be difficult because the Brazilian Laws, in the civil aviation, don't allow the foreign capital entrance...but we are going to wait!!
